If your insurance requires a referral from your Primary Physician, please bring this with you when you come in for your appointment so that we can coordinate your care. Also, bring any previous relevant X-rays, MRIs or Cat scans that you might have. This makes your first visit more expedient and productive. On your first visit, expect to fill out a patient information form. Then you will be taken to an examination room by the nurse. The doctor will come in and get your history and perform an examination. Depending on his findings, you might need an X-ray, M.R.I. or CAT Scan to further aide in diagnosing your condition. After the results are obtained by the Dr., he will then discuss your diagnosis and treatment options.
